About the department
You will join a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for business development and commercial effectiveness in Russia.
The position
In the role of CRM Analyst, you will ensure implementation and maintenance of a new CRM system which was launched earlier this year and supporting innovative way for business processes.
The approach of the launch was so called “agile” – the system is launched with the basic functionality and during time it is constantly developing with new features.
You will be responsible for developing and testing new CRM features, like Analytics and reporting, Remote calls, Pre-approved emails and improve Customers base editing process.
You will support in Customer Data in CRM up-to-date and with quality (Position hierarchy, User management, Customer Data).
Support in preparation and distribution of reports on the Field Force activities and performance in CRM.
Perform steps for Users’ change requests for Customer Data update (collect, prepare the validation requests, provide feedback to Users, prepared load files)
Interact with Technical support team for mass upload of Customer Data.
Qualifications
University degree of a technical / mathematics / programming / engineering / life science faculties
Last year student / 1 year of professional experience in CRM or analytical sphere
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint strong user
VBA / SQL / BI / QlikSense is a plus
English speaking / writing at intermediate level to be fluent for on-going tasks discuss
