Main Accountabilities:
- Maintain close business relationships within given key accounts. Build deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the eRetailer’s side;
- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives with maximized profitability and forecasting accuracy;
- Providing correct brands representation within given key accounts through category development and correct products visualization;
- Promo planning, implementation and efficiency analysis;
- Preparing and leading the Account’s negotiations;
- Close collaboration with other departments. Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Or?al counterpart. Ensure the consistency of L’Or?al voices when speaking to the retailer;
- Being responsible for orders as the whole business process, OOS risks minimization
Requirements: - Master commerce fundamentals;
- Develop customer centric business;
- Build selling proposition & negotiate;
- Monitor Sell-In & Sell-Out excellence;
- Strong analytical skills;
- English Upper-Intermediate
