L’Oreal Consumer Products Division is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to build an omnichannel loyalty program and communication strategies for key areas of business:
1. Onmichannel CRM & Loyalty for NYX PMU DTC
2. CRM & Loyalty for brands on Omni and E-commerce Clients (L'Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, NYX PMU)
Main accountabilities:
Owned CRM and database management for NYX PMU
- Define general strategy and business targets for the Brand
- Own Loyalty management and Omnichannel Loyalty integration set up (MARS, Magento), including new tools as apple wallet, etc. Loyalty mechanic development for both channel offline+online
- Manage schemes for all aspects of cross-channel communication: email, SMS, pushes, pop-ups, and calls campaigns including segmentation and targeting; performance KPIs set-up and tracking as well as campaign reporting. Analyze and revise triggers and broadcasts communication
- Technical setup: work on 100% delivery of letters to incoming messages, setting CRM and CMS-integration, working with API platforms on https, creating TK for programmers, adaptive layout for mobile devices (HTML, CSS); setting up custom Google Analytics reports. Control new integration according to approved divisional models
- Build RFM segmentation according to audience data, highlighting key segments. Advanced segmentation creation and integration in communication and loyalty
- Media campaign based on CRM base - plan, CTA, segments proposal, KPI traction, results' analysis. Traffic sources analysis
Partners CRM development for L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, NYX PMU brands
- Creation and management of brand communication plan in e-retailers and retailers:
- Email and SMS calendar planning for partners (retail and e-retail),
- Build a segmentation and CTA proposal based on Partner's insights and technical capabilities
- Brief, support, launch control, KPI traction, results' analysis together with TM managers
- Monthly results' analysis, a proposal for development to increase CRM revenue
- Budget planning, document support
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts teams
- Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, training, and sales teams) and external agencies (CRM and production) to execute projects and to optimize consumer messaging and journey based on LTV analysis
