New role is focused on reputational management and building community for 4 Active Cosmetics Brands of L’Oreal Croup. Person on that position has the closest contact with real customer individually, drives brand proximity and inspires the whole community to share love about ACD brands.
Current role for specialist/manager – to execute already existing advocacy and reputational strategy.
Key platforms: owned websites, forums, review platforms, e-retailers.
Key tools: influencers and bloggers, test drives, interactive Q&A for users.
Recommendation platforms management:
- Daily monitoring of recommendation resources, e-magazines and forums (YouScan tool)
- Managing and training external community manager
- Sharing consumer insights with marketing team
- Be proactive and provoke WOM
- Reporting
Review generation:
- Creating micro influencers base (direct communication)
- New micro influencers scouting
- Always-on, daily based communication
- Test-drives, seeding creation and management
- Managing legal aspects
Brand websites:
- Creative reviews generation (incl. test-drives)
- Reviews moderations, providing feedback
- Always-on, daily based communication with active users
- Close collaboration with e-com manager to generate activity and build brand community on the website
E-retailers:
- Reviews generation (incl. test-drives)
- Reviews moderations
- Close collaboration with partners to generate activity and reward loyal users on e-retail website
- Creating new tools to engage and reward users
Crisis management:
- Identification of potential and existing crisis online
- Managing crisis in collaboration with corporate team and the manager
- Developing manual and key learnings to avoid crisis in the future
Requirements:
Strong sensitivity to social media landscape and understanding of key principles of building a community
- Ability to adapt strategy and work independently
- Strong networking, verbal and written communication skills (both Russian and English)
- Successful experience of communication with influencers and bloggers
- Strong organizational skills- ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
- High speed of work combined with out of the box thinking
