Accountabilities:
1. OPERATIONAL PLANNING
of category marketing plan in compliance with brands' goals:
- development and implementation of category marketing strategy in all distribution channels, including online;
- participation in product assortment defining and new product launches;
- main catalog active sell-out support;
- cosmetics market monitoring, competitors’ analysis and retail prices.
2. CATEGORY, LINES AND PRODUCRS SELL-OUT FORECAST
- new products forecasting in collaboration with Marketing Manager on the basis of Partners’ vision, data provided by Key Account Managers;
- creation of new product order forms for Partners and coordination of the forecasted quantities with them;
- transmitting forecast quantities to Forecasting Department;
- regular monitoring of main catalog product and POSM demand together with Demand and Planning Department;
- monitoring of novelties’ arrival and status of basic assortment;
- regular sell-out and category forecast reporting;
- participation in optimization of assortment in compliance with market’s specifics;
- analysis of the sell-out per SKU, bestsellers, sell-thru, obsolescence;
- participation in budget planning.
3. STOCK CONTROL
- control of limited life products’ stock;
- analysis and management of obsolescence stock and damaged goods;
- сreation and follow-up of cumulated discontinuation list.
4. PARTICIPATION IN NEW PRODUCTS LAUNCH
- marketing bulletin preparation for all departments;
- translation of accompanying materials: product inserts, website content, merchandising materials, etc.;
- certification materials preparation: product names, stickers, samples;
- full product life cycle control;
- pricing;
- supply chain follow-up including intime and full arrival of novelties at local warehouse;
- full information awareness on new launches;
- launch analysis;
- reporting and presentations.
5. TRADE MARKETING
- Support of Marketing Manager in CIS in terms of communication & trade marketing.
6. CONTROL OF MARKETING CALENDAR EXECUTION
- control and follow-up of assortment changes and product life cycle management (limited life products, discontinued items);
- support of in-store events;
- coordination of updates at the Partner’s E-commerce web-sites in accordance with Brands’ marketing calendar.
7. POSMS DEVELOPMENT AND ADAPTATION
(booklets, catalogs, POSM, etc.)
8. MARKETING EVENTS RESULTS ANALYSIS
- sell-in and sell-out data analysis;
- information analysis, given by Sales Department (distribution, promo activities, merchandising, price activities, etc.) and marketing activities;
- regular communication with Sales Department;
- regular reporting on marketing activities: both internal and external.
9. COLLABORATION
- with all departments, including Logistics&Operations, Training, Commercial, Finance, Trade Marketing, Media&Communication, Merchandising, Special Events to implement marketing programs;
- regular store visits for a full scope understanding of the process, such as Brands’ and competitors’
- Fulfilling other tasks by the immediate management in compliance with business necessities.
