Achieve engagement and marketing targets set by manager, including achievement of multichannel engagement targets for relevant stakeholders, sales objectives and reaching target market share of product/group of products respecting deadlines and resources

Develop and deploy customer engagement strategies and tactics that focus on understanding customers and their needs and partnership with them to deliver an excellent customer experience, competitive advantages and to contribute to delivery of business objectives.

Initiate, develop, manage and improve effective multichannel marketing and communications campaigns to deliver agreed strategic objectives from concept creation, to strategy implementation and results evaluation

Contribute to development of effective marketing plans to promote product/group of products, manage their development, provide well-timed realization of marketing activities in line with global business strategy in frame of acting politics and procedures taking into account resources

Provide effective communication inside the department and with other departments’ employees to perform common tasks, plans, sales forecast and activities implementation

Provide professional education on multichannel customer engagement for Marketing, Medical and Sales Force teams

Work with Digital, Market Research and other teams to continuously improve segmentation, personalization, predictive modelling and multichannel performance. Define measurable KPIs and regularly review tactics/campaigns against strategic objectives

Generate insights and provide new business opportunities by identifying trends within analytical data market research and digital assets

Ensure that digital and innovative best practices from inside and outside the organization is brought into and deployed in the business

Provide regular monitoring of effectiveness of customer engagement and promotional strategy implementation in the field by double visits with medical representatives, participation in regional and national events and educational projects

Plan and control investments and resource allocation in line with priorities, provide effective return of investments, especially in advertising and promotion of product/group of products
