We are looking for a natural born salesman, who is proud of himself, wants to learn new things, develop his skills and make something “booming” within the market.
Responsibilities:
- To search for the new clients for company within FMCG, Retail sectors and Insurance (health B2C and B2B2C) .
- Systematize and qualifying new leads in CRM,
- Negotiating and make deals with customers,
- Sales presentations and product demos to potential customers online and in the special events,
- Assisting clients with all related documentation
- Sells company products through distributors and/or direct sales.
- Is responsible for meeting established sales quotas in conformance with annual budget through channel sales management activities.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Maintains constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems with assigned area; recognizes market trends and takes corrective actions or makes appropriate recommendations
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German!
- Proven working?experience – minimum 2 years – as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role
- Proficient knowledge in digital
- Proven sales track record
- Professional and fearless presentation skills
- Capability to build a strong rapport with existing and potential clients
- Ability to work effectively within fast paced, diverse cross functional teams
- Self-motivated, high personal expectations, team player, client focused, well organized, analytical mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
