THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Chief Accountant & Tax Senior Manager to join our Finance team! You will be responsible for a number of critical processes, including the Statutory/Tax compliance, accounting and tax reporting, accounting policy & documentation, tax returns, communication with tax authorities, tax provisions, transfer pricing, tax audits and tax planning as well as reporting.

Reporting to: Financial Controller Russia & CIS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for Corporate and Statutory Accounting, complete Monthly Quarterly and Annual Closing tasks in line with the Group/ Statutory Closing calendars;
- Ensure BS account reconciliations;
- Leading COA, accounting and tax accounting, as well as proper accounting policies implementation;
- Making sure all taxes filings and tax payments are made accurately and on time;
- Support all specific tax provisions on a quarterly and annual basis;
- Ensure timely/accurate preparation of Statutory reports and submission to regulatory bodies;
- Prepare and provide necessary back-up documentation for internal, external and consolidation reporting purposes;
- VAT-return preparation, responsibility for sales and purchase books;
- Be responsible for TP documentation;
- Maintain close collaboration with internal and external auditors;
- Ensure compliance in line with the Local Statutory and Group requirements;
- Ad-hoc reporting tasks and projects, accurate response on tax inspection requests
YOUR PROFILE
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in an international company;
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
- Experience in tax is essential;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Experienced SAP and MS Office user;
- Project management skills and ability to follow through and complete tasks on time;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective reports;
- High level of reliability, independence and personal integrity;
- Strategic, structured, pro-active and solution-oriented way of working;
- Business-driven, solution-minded and pragmatic;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
