We are currently looking for an HR Director (sole role) for multinational b2b company. Company owns a few world-class brands and excels in managing worldwide multinational team while being commited to perform as one of the leading innovators on the global markets.
As an HR Director on this sole role you will be responsible for the support of the strong growth of the company’s regional branch. On this position you are expected to act as a unifying leader who will provide far-reaching regional HR strategies to support the organizational and talent needs. You will also be responsible for the Talent development, Leadership development, HR Services Delivery and establishment of the overall company culture focused on the core values that already exist.
If you have more than 12 years of experience in HR, particularly as an HR-lead for a function, you possess strong experience in talent development, ability to communicate on a high level, participate in cross-functional projects and fluent English, then don’t hesitate to contact us.
