To pursue our continuous growth, VISAGIO is looking for Management Consultants to support the delivery of transformation programs with clients in China.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of client projects, working with VISAGIO's and our clients’ teams to achieve successful change to an outstanding level of client satisfaction
- Grow into a project manager and support our clients in China and the region
- Develop deep expertise of our clients' most challenging issues
- Earn client trust to design and implement solutions to their issues using intellect, influence and business innovation
- Provide an inspirational example to the consulting team
- Work closely with our offices across the world especially in the UK, Germany, Brazil and Australia
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing, new and prospective clients
- Liaise with clients, consultants and the VISAGIO Partners responsible for resource management to deliver the project
- Support the knowledge management across the globe by writing and publishing of insights, presenting at seminars and conferences, and attending networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Commerce or related disciplines
- Excellent academic record required
- Native or fluent in both Chinese Mandaring and English
- Fluency in another main European language (German, French, Portuguese) is a plus
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
