We're seeking a young technical professional join our customer success team in Moscow. You will implement personalization solutions from Dynamic Yield and Algolia (the AI-powered omnichannel personalization engines). Dynamic Yield and Algolia provide personalization solutions for industry leaders like IKEA, Lacoste, Twitch, X5, S7 Airlines, TAP Portugal, Urban Outfitters, Liverpool Football Club and others.
What you will do:
— work closely with customer success managers on projects with leading e-commerce companies in Russia and Europe (Citilink, X5, S7 Airlines, Simplewine, TSUM etc.);
— develop and implement front-end solutions on Dynamic Yield and Algolia platforms;
— support customers in implementation and ongoing development;
— interact closely with Dynamic Yield and Algolia technical teams;
— participate in internal R&D and technical projects.
We are looking for:
— 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS or web company;
— Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS / jQuery;
— Browser dev tools troubleshooting;
— Experience with REST APIs;
— Knowledge of JS frameworks and experience with SPAs are a plus;
— intermediate English
