In addition, we provide accounting and tax support services for Danish companies in Russia (Russian LLCs with 100% Danish capital, branches and representative offices of Danish companies in Russia.
Responsibilities:
You will responsible for accounting and administrative support for our clients – LLC with 100% foreign capital, Branches of foreign companies – in according to distribution of Department’s functions:
- Part of time may be spent posting primary documents into accounting system (bank statements, expense reports, closing documents from vendors)
- Posting payments orders into bank-client system, communications with the banks concerning possibility issues with payments
- Controlling/preparing documents for currency control
- Posting Expenses reports into 1C system; reconciliation with employees
- Frequent English communication with head offices of client companies – most probably regarding management financial reports
- Other daily ad hoc responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Accountancy or/and Technic);
- Experience in Accounting from 1 years;
- Good knowledge regarding expenses reports of employees: taxation and recognizing of travel expenses and similar expenses of a company
- Good knowledge regarding procedures of currency control
- Experience in working with online-bank systems
- Experience in outsourcing is an advantage
- Good level of spoken and written English;
- Attention to details, ability to work independently, business acumen
- Team player, effective communicator, positive and client focused person.
