Responsibilities :
- Organization of events
- Contact with agencies
- Coordination of marketing department regarding educational process (organization of conferences, promo materials, logistic of doctors, adaptation of marketing materials from HQ for russian market
- Preparation of tender documentation and other financial documentation
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience as Marketing coordinator/Events coordinator would be a advantage
- Ms Office (Excel)- advanced user
- English not less than intermediate
- Strong presentation and commutation skills
