KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To collect critical customer feedback;
- Continuously acquire feedback from business on focus area of VOC to improve User Experience;
- Provide feedback on unresolved issues every day and drive relevant owners to resolve the issues;
- Escalate to higher level if feedback is not received from the assigned parties;
- Keep cross-functional communication with another departments;
- Continuously acquire feedback from business on focus area of VOC, that to improve User Experience;
- Identify TOP Issues (FAQ & customer at risk issues) to provide product team with information about it;
- Preparing weekly / monthly report.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- 1+ year relevant work experience;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills;
- Proficient user of MS office;
- Attention to details with customer problems;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Independent analysis and problem-solving capabilities and teamwork spirit.
