Role: Growth Lead
Functions:
- Clients. Talk with clients, be the client. Learn today's and future pains, use cases, and the unique value we can propose.
- Products. Build feedback loops to tailor the product offers to specific client segments. Startups should get the greatest exchange listing offer and accounts to manage their assets and payroll. Their investors should get the best project discovery and investment service. Traders should find the best liquidity in altcoins. Early adopters - the simplest way to buy digital assets. Tourists and foreign workers should get the cheapest way to pay and send money abroad.
- Message. Create messages which hook clients and win the top of their mind in a category. Ensure we own the first word in our segments in prospects' minds.
- Channels. Which channel to scale in the first place and how? Is it Airdrops referrals or Trading competition? Is it Co-marketing of startups getting exchange listings or social media posts of VCVT speakers? Make channels performance as a real-time sports score for talent fighting to be a part of olympic team in the next season.
- PR and SMM. Are we generating and spreading engaging and trending content to spur crypto adoption and our products?
- Acquire. Do lead forms conversions beat segment benchmarks?
- Activate. Do newcomers deposit funds, make trades and payments?
- Retain. Do clients crave their portfolio value, news, investment ideas, new assets, and startups? Do they crave us each time they open a competing app, so they move their funds to us? Do we send push notifications, emails, SMM posts, TG and WhatsApp messages, remarketing banners, and tier 1 media publications with decent content to the right segments at the right time?
- Viral. Do clients proud to invite friends? Do clients perceive the reward for the word of mouth as generous, in both social and monetary currency? Is there virality for exponential growth?
- Platform. Do product teams leverage growth tools, messages, channels, the expertise of your team? Do we build cross-product network effects and cross-sale?
- Team. Are you hiring teammates shifting frontiers in their profession? Do they learn no-code tools over weekends? Do they challenge each other to perform or prefer to cover each other's mediocracy?
- Mission. Are your teammates aware of how their today's tasks change the future?
Requirements:
- Outstanding achievements and 5+ years of high pace experience in user growth and digital marketing.
- Qacademy top rank is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience launching and management at least of 3 of these 6 channels: 1. Partnerships, 2. Referrals, 3. Direct, 3. SMM (from Twitter to Tiktok, from Reddit to Navier) 4. PR, 5. Adwords and Facebook ads, 6. SEO.
- Analytical mindset: starts with why and conversions breakdown by channels, sources, cohorts, and products. MECE mess and entropy.
- Learning top tools and shift frontiers in the marketing profession. Leverage no-code tools, zaps and Python. Proactively search, test himself and implement solutions to automate analytics and marketing. Read books from top CMOs and CEOs.
- Tech startups or Big3, IB, Trading experience is an advantage.
- Candid brutally. Gives and receives feedback openly and eradicate backtalk.
- Responsible. Does not defend herself or seek excuses, instead seeks how to overachieve.
- Challenge others to outperform. Never cover or tolerate mediocracy.
