Responsibilities:
- Creating and conducting e-mail newsletters to the customers with CRM partner;
- Creating trigger emails and coordination of its settings in CRM system;
- Content support in Mir Hyundai;
- Setting up the exchange of client data between the components of CRM and infrastructure HMCIS, setting up synchronization with dealer CRM;
- Development of a database of instructions and recommendations for data quality management;
- Regular analysis of business processes of CRM system in order to increase efficiency;
- Preparation and monitoring of the implementation of requests for changes in the system;
- Implementation of measures to organize the processing and storage of personal data of customers in accordance with Federal Law 152;
- Database segmentation, including segmentation based on the data from telematics;
- Analytical reporting on marketing campaigns, lead generation process and site performance indicators;
- Analysis of customer satisfaction with the purchase / service;
- Interaction with dealers on CRM and KPI (performance monitoring);
- Preparation of reports on CRM activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical or marketing (CRM) degree is preferable);
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Ability to work with various, multifunctional, internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful results on time and within budget;
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis skills;
- PC advanced user MS Office (Excel, Power Point), Siebel 8.1 (other CRM systems as a plus), SAP;
- English: Upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Attention to details combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and work under time pressure and flexibility to work with several projects at once;
- Good communication and organizational skills, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette.
