The legendary fashion Brand is looking for a Retail Trainer.

Main responsibilities:
Analyze and Enforce (~20% of time)
Before training can be delivered, trainers need to analyse the needs of their stores.
This analysis can be rolled up by store, district and cluster level.
Learning needs analysis (LNA) using available data points (Learning Lab, iAuditor, Closer Look, Masterfile)
Measure and benchmark training KPI’s vs. store performance
Deep dive into Learning Lab (Axonify) “LeaderZone” reports (knowledge gaps and coaching needs)
Propose training strategy to RD’s and update quarterly
Ensure regular training is occurring in-store
Enforce the training targets in cooperation with the DM’s
All stores performing above Learning Lab targets (Participation, Frequency, Behavior)
All new employees follow the retail Induction plan
Troubleshoot participation issues with store managers
Up-skill store management and DM’s on Learning Lab’s leader dashboard so they can self-help
Design and deliver training content (~20% of time for design, 60% for delivery)
Typically, in-store live training sessions will be scarce. Trainers may travel to stores in exceptional circumstances or visit stores they can easily reach from their home-office (e.g. by car).
Organise training sessions for stores/districts/clusters based on the needs highlighted from analysis
Most training will happen remotely using virtual tools like Teams
Record smaller bite-size training sessions (in local language where needed)
Maintain/update the retail Induction plans at all levels (stylist/sup/asm/sm)
Hard/soft skill training sessions targeted to all retail levels

Support the organisation of virtual events (cluster meetings)
New Store Opening – initial training for new employees
Best Practice sharing
Project work
Working together as a regional training team in Europe to pool resources and avoid duplication effectively supporting their cluster as well as all others in the European region. All project work will benefit the trainers cluster but the workload should not exceed 40% of the trainers time (leaving 60% of time to focus on specific cluster needs). Trainers will participate in European and global project initiatives such as:
Creating/updating Driver content for the Retail Toolbox
Communication to stores using broadcast message function in Learning Lab (creation, translation and publishing)
Retail Knowledge Quiz
Updating the Product Feed
New content for Learning Lab
Requirements:
Education and language skills:
- Higher Education
- English level not less than Intermediate
Work Experience:
- Not less than 3 years on the same position in retail area
Profile:
- Knowledge of methodologies for T&D
- Good understanding of sales and retail KPI`s, store`s work processes
- Organizational and analytical skills, ability to work with people, professional ethics
- The ability to long-term planning
