Abbott Nutrition International - Medical Marketing Communications Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage KOL relationship to maintain reputation, visibility , higher relevance of the company and its brands;
- Manage medical events from strategic and executional point of view: content strategy development; plan of stand alone events and participation in federal/regional conferences, webinars within given budget and in line with strategic priorities – planning, organization, arrangement with institutions and speakers, slide kits preparation;
- Medical content development together with brand team for HCP.
- Partnering with key business team members to understand business and marketing goals, ensuring medical content strategy is in alignment with goals and all content creation needs are accordingly prioritized;
- Generate medical insights and deliver medical content based on available medical&scientific information, established with brand and medical team roadmap to support brand campaigns and medical events ensuring high relevance of content for HCP;
- Manage own webinar platform for medical events;
- Leverage global medical experience: medical web site set up for RU Nutrition, Global Webinars switch to Russia;
- Support brand team in development of HCP dedicated on line projects (Doctor na rabote, Vrachi RF);
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Specialization in health, nutrition
- Higher education in Medicine
- Healthcare marketing experience is a big plus
- Ability to deliver clear and concise messages and presentations
- Ability to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with external medical KOL and internal clients and key stakeholders
- English fluency in speaking, writing and reading
- Leadership capabilities
- Goal oriented
