Role Description:
The person will be employed by Enel Rus Wind Azov to provide administrative support to the Manager and SPVs.
Your key tasks will be:
- Organization of the execution of instructions / orders from the Manager
- Documentation support of the Manager
- Planning of the Manager’s working day
- Information support of the Manager’s activities
- Technical support of the Manager's activities
- Supporting the Manager in other tasks related to work in this position
- Administrative support for SPVs under the leadership of the Manager
What you will do:
- Provide and organize the execution and control over the implementation of the instructions of the Manager
- Call for an appointment with the Manager of the heads of structural divisions and other employees.
- Prepare information and reference materials, preparation and collection of information, editing of presentations for regular meetings with a speech by the head (BOD, ORM, Cascades, WR, ROE, etc.).
- Prepare draft documents (letters) and edits documents on behalf of the Manager.
- Maintain reports of the manager on business trips and event expenses.
- Schedule meetings or any appointment on behalf of the Manager in Outlook.
- Organize logistics, both on site and during trips, travel support
- Full organization of high-level field events with the participation of the Manager, contractors, top management of the company, etc.
- Organize reception of guests and visitors
- Accompany the head during meetings, trips and official meetings, translation of speeches
- Provide administrative support for SPVs (reception and registration of correspondence, preparing responses to inquiries, maintaining registers of contracts, processing of primary documentation, development of local regulations governing the activities of SPVs, development of job descriptions for the personnel of SPVs.
