Core Responsibilities:
• Driving BMS and Cadence and Operating discipline in the territory
• Sales enablement
• Incentive &Commission

• Driving Process Improvement initiatives and BT and IT projects at the territory level, under regional guidance
Description of Responsibilities:
• Driving BMS and Cadence as well as Operating discipline in the territory
• The territory sales ops manager is responsible for facilitating an efficient cadence between territory and regional segment teams including on-time and accurate submissions.
• Ensuring compliance to business process and guidelines
• Forecast validation of weekly segment forecasts and owner of monthly territory forecasts along with the GM
• Sales Enablement
• Support optimization of shipments with proactive backlog management along with the GSC teams along with coordinating financial instruments including BGs, LCs etc. with channel partners and internal finance teams.
• Driving closure on orders not loaded (ONL) / problem orders
• Prioritization / escalation of urgent orders and follow up
o Liaison with the GSC team to facilitate information flow on the status of orders from order load to delivery
• Set up and activation of new BPs including training of partners to use Lenovo systems, co-coordinating signing and management contracts and financial set up
• Facilitating termination of non-performing BPs
• Actively driving quarterly planning interlock with segment and regional teams to ensure that business cases are closed on time and DIP / RIP / SIP are deployed and paid out on time
• Providing CRM support as the first level of contact to the Relationship sales teams
• Incentive &Commission
o On-time deployment of SIP for territory sales teams in line with regional guidance
• Follow up on quota acceptance to ensure 100% acceptance before the stipulated deadline.
• Providing information on customer mapping on time for end of quarter attainment purposes and any other adhoc data requirements to facilitate the I&C team to complete calculations.
• Reporting and data stewardship
• Ensuring all teams have a common daily view of business status and gaps are identified timely and managed appropriately.
• Driving Process Improvement initiatives and BT and IT projects at the territory level, under regional guidance
• Helping drive regional initiatives such as sea shipment optimization, aged order management, LTB management, etc.
• Communicating and managing BT and IT projects based on regional guidance to the territory teams
Requirement:
- The candidate should be educated to degree level.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Vendor and contract negotiation
- Project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and with customers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
- A creative problem-solver
- excellent Excel Skills are the must
- Fluent English
