Responsibilities:
In all stages of procurement life cycle, from proposal to deployment:
- Processing project material requisitioning
- Following up and expediting requests for information and requests for quotes to vendors
- Coordinating purchasing process with centralized procurement organization
- Processing the Good Receipt workflow
- Following up project data collection and reporting
- Coordinator during the development of the supplies in case of commercial problems with vendor (such as claims, change order request, liquidated Damages discussion, etc.)
- Supporting the preparation for the application of back charges and liquidated damages to Vendors
- Managing Vendors’ deliverables documentation
- Coordination between the several actors involved purchasing, expediting, inspections and logistic activities
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably degree in Business or Engineering)
- Experience in international EPC contractor
- Fluent English and Russian
- Strong communication skills
- SAP, other CRM systems will be a plus
- Availability to travel
