One of the world’s leading RPA software companies invites candidates for the role Customer Success Manager
Your mission: You will advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch software successfully, adopt it widely and continually driving business value. You will be entrusted with some of largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels (including the C-suite), to drive increased adoption of company and to improve the overall quality and maturity of its use.
This is a home-office based role. You can work from anywhere in the area of Moscow or Saint Petersburg.
This is what you’ll do:
- Act as strategic advisor providing thought leadership and guidance, consult on overall program management, and support RPA delivery efforts
- Build success plan aligned around customer strategic objectives to achieve significant business outcomes
- Drive customer onboarding and program manage to help customers operationalize their RPA program and realize value
- Conduct business workshops, facilitate trainings and reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges
- Coach customers on their path of becoming product experts and facilitate engagements with technical and business consulting teams
- Product Roadmap Evangelization (presentations, early access, beta program) & act as Voice of the Customer towards Product Internal Teams
- Proactively spot and correct anny issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
- Partner closely with other cross functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
This is what you’ll bring to our team:
- Several years of work experience in a customer-facing technical role, e.g. customer success, technical program management, solution architect or strategic consulting
- University degree in IT or technology related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy. Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a plus
- SaaS experience a benefit
- Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan is a plus
