The main objective of Selling Excellence Manager is to create a coherent learning strategy and building the best in its class system of selling Company’s products through the development and implementation of inspirational and effective training events that ensure the development of the required competencies for employees responsible for the direct promotion of the Company's products, contributing to the creation of conditions to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate Sales Competency Frameworks , use it as a key tool to enable sales capability development;
- Design and conducting Assessments against SF capabilities models as per corporate guidance;
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative analyses at an individual/ group and organizational level to identify current capability strengths and gaps and their causes;
- Develop a local learning strategy and a continuous plan, aligned to GSK priorities ensuring the Salesforce have the right capabilities to deliver GSK’s expectations in the respective Business Unit SE Manager is responsible for;
- Track the implementation of the learning strategy and plan using appropriate & innovative systems. Proactively communicate progress against the strategy and plan, recommending any required changes;
- Use different presentation and facilitation techniques and skills to communicate ideas, concepts and facts in a way that engages and inspires people to change their ways of working and drive performance;
- Develop training modules on therapeutic areas using modern approaches like blended learning, e-learning, virtual instructor lead webinars etc.;
- Track the implementation of the selling excellence strategy and operational plan using appropriate KPIs and scorecards;
- Development of a database of issues in conjunction with the medical department and product marketing and promotion staff;
- Drive selling excellence by spending minimum of 40% of time in field/ remote in P2P assessment of calls and FLSL’s coaching.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in a large pharmaceutical, FMCG or distribution company (sales of pharmaceutical products or consumer goods) at the position of first line sales leader level (sales or marketing);
- Higher education in the field of marketing, management, pharmaceuticals, social sciences, medicine; as well as additional professional skills education;
- English language knowledge at the level of Upper Intermediate;
- Experience in creating educational materials, conducting training for clients or employees as F2F so e-learning formats;
- Knowledge of the assessment center methodology, experience in development and implementation;
- Experience in conducting group and individual coaching work, experience in implementing projects in the field of training and development of professional competences, implementation of organizational changes and optimization of organizational processes;
- Ability to properly present information about processes and convincingly explain their benefits;
- Highly developed communication skills.
