Now we are looking for a very special person, an energetic and passionate expert who will be able to lead Learning & Development function at the company and share our passion for development and constant learning.
As a member of our team you will be in charge of creation and development of the local Retail HR strategies related to Talent’s development and learning function.
Key Tasks:
- To create and implement local retail HR strategies related to talent’s development and learning (L&D)
- Building leadership culture in the organization
- Driving smooth process of succession planning
- Planning and organization individual and group L&D programs for office staff and retail function
- Monitoring of training program’s effectiveness
- Budgeting and function’s controlling
- People management
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Experience in L&D function on the leading roles or HR all-round experience focused on culture transformation and talent development on senior roles for at least 3 years in international companies
- Proven successful experience in building L&D function or corporate culture in companies, corporate universities or business schools
- Experience of leading non-standard HR projects and initiatives
- Proven experience in managing team (from 5 employees)
- Fluency of English as a must
