This role forms part of the EMEA Technology Operation function, aiming to deliver innovative technology-based applications & services to our customers.
For our team based in Moscow we?re currently looking for talented and passionate graduates in Information Technology/Computer Science willing to get up the learning curve quickly.
Responsibilities:
Under guidance of senior team members, your main responsibilities as a Jr. Tech Support Analyst (Salesforce) will be:
- Performs troubleshooting of client issue and provide resolution
- Performs Business Administration and Data Maintenance activities following established processes
- Provides support on Champion incidents, or escalated incidents from Field Users and on Service requests using the ticketing tool and Request Fulfilment processes
- Escalate issues relating to product support or product operations to the next defined level
- Additional activities include performing backups, console operations, i.e. monitoring the status of specific systems and job queues, running scheduled housekeeping jobs, maintenance of databases/interfaces/ and data loads
- Implement configuration change requests
- Testing and release
In addition to on-the-job experience, IQVIA will provide opportunities to develop your skills in SalesForce and other technologies including trainings and certification
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Clear client-friendly communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
Desired/Preferred:
- SQL query skills
- SFDC Trailhead certification
- Previous internship/work support desk experience investigating incidents and identifying and implementing solutions is desirable
