The primary role of the position is to support the development in sales growth and profitability for the range of products under the scope of responsibility (bulk - liquid gases).
Key mission is to manage the product's portfolio with strong interaction with Sourcing, Supply Сhain and Sales organizations, Marketing and Back-Office, integrating market intelligence and sales data? establishing and managing profitability vision.

Management of the existing commercial offers

Define the product strategy and roadmaps, driving implementation

New products/offers launch in cooperation with Marketing, Business development, Supply chain and Sales departments,
-
Review and analyse product P&Ls to identify improvement opportunities,
-
Analyse product and customer profitability to gain insights that guide commercial decision making,
-
Contribute to the development, communicate and deliver implementation of pricing strategies, structures, policies and processes that align with the business strategy,
-
Define commercial policies that ensure product strategies are clear and consistently implemented,
-
Perform price management and lead P+ campaigns, support regional sales teams, gain understanding of our price positioning in the marketplace,

Understand costs evolution & drivers assessed by Controlling & Supply Chain,

Contribute to market and competitors analysis,

Lead the sales forecasting process by market/product line,
-
Validates the effectiveness of strategies and takes appropriate corrective actions,
-
Perform products’ profitability analysis and propose appropriate corrective actions,
-
Performs capacity planning, assesses actual and potential plant loading together with Sourcing team,
-
Manages product compliance (products specs, quality assurance, HACCP, GMP, …) in cooperation with Supply Chain, HSE & Sourcing teams,

Define investment needs for products

Ensure compliance of our offers with safety, quality and efficiency requirements

Manages sales contracts templates
-
Higher professional education – business, economics or engineer,
-
At least 3 years experience in brand/product/marketing management, business analytics
-
Must have the capability to develop and interpret the P&L of a product range
-
Capability to propose strategic plans for product portfolio
-
Capability to elaborate capacity planning, supply/demand analysis
-
Capability to develop pricing policies
-
Capability to manage a whole project cycle
-
?English language (fluent), excellent Russian language
-
Advanced knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Office and Google).
