Responsibilities:
- Being single HR Operations Advisor for Russia and Kazakhstan
- Working in HR system (Workday) and updating the information regarding employees
- End to end process responsibility: hiring, job and compensation changes, termination
- Preparing HR documents: staff schedule, orders for vacations, orders for payments, etc.
- Corporate benefits administration: Medical and Life insurance, Car allowance
- Payroll support: vacations and other types of absence, maternity, sick leaves, overtimes
- Military service registration activities
- Maintaining the employees files up to date and archiving
- In charge of all reporting activities related to HR Administration
- Preparing certificates and reference letters requested by employees
- Resolving employee HR support cases
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, native Russian
- At least 2 years of experience at HR administration
- Very good Excel knowledge and analytical ability
- Experience working with HR systems and applications
- Good communications skills and strong customer orientation
