The mission of Support Engineer is to address our customers’ needs by offering assistance with passion and approachability and escalating issues (feature requests, bugs, etc.) to the development team. By delivering excellent support to our amazing users, you’re expected to maintain a 100% customer satisfaction rate in this role.
Job Description:
- Resolve customer support inquiries and requests in modern ticketing systems such as Zendesk and YouTrack

- Work ticket queue to help maintain contracted SLA’s|OLA’s and delight customers
- Brainstorm and troubleshoot complex issues (Software and Hardware)
- Develop and maintain documentation for the user's and internal usage
- Escalate customer inquiries and requests to other teams (Maintenance, Product, development, success, etc.)
- Engage and collaborate with engineers, analysts, testers and product managers
- Prepare Proof of Concept (Software and Hardware)
- Pre-sale hardware and software setup and testing
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Russian
- 1+ year of experience with technical support / QA / technical account management
- Passion for solving customer issues in a fast paced environment
- Truly love helping and teaching people
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Customer Service focused engineer
- Multitasking and ability to work independently
- Experience working with remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Engineering, Math, Radionics or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting
- Experience and dedication to creating Knowledge articles
- Experience in SQL querying and managing data
- Experience working with on-board electrical network of vehicles
- Knowledge of REST API and web applications
- General System Admin knowledge - Linux, Ubuntu and Kubernetes
- General understanding (or willingness to learn) of network protocols
