Main purpose:
The NPD Commercialization Manager will be responsible for NPD activities for all brands and product categories. The NPD Commercialization Manager will be managing 1 Packaging Manager professional.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Partners with various functions within FBRU to create and deploy enhanced NPD Commercialization process. Supports the VP, Marketing in defining Portfolio Strategy. Cooperates with Brand teams in developing and formulating Annual Planning
Drives Consumer Inspiration agenda. Performs as a strategic partner to Fazer and Hlebny Dom Brand teams for planning Innovation/Renovation agenda. Participates in innovation budget development and allocation under each brand.
Delivers Business Analytics and Reporting Capability and Action for innovations. External Market and Consumer Reporting on innovations. NPD Commercialization KPI Measurement and Reporting. Supports Brand teams in the design, research, analysis and development of the new marketing concepts related with Innovation projects
Builds and deploys Innovation research agenda. Partners with Brand Managers to develop and test concepts through the innovation funnel. Manages research stage gate process of concept development and partner in launch plan
Supports the BU Leadership team in high level business forecasting.
Develops and implements new product and packaging innovation strategies and brings them into action. Prepares, defends and justifies the annual OTIF Innovation/Renovation projects. Manages innovation projects in close cooperation with VP, Marketing, Marketing and R&D team, and Supply Chain team. Leads the NPD Commercialization stream and plans the Innovation meetings’ agenda in order to assure OTIF implementation of the Innovation & Renovation company calendar.
Measures of success/ KPIs:
BU Value share, NPD OTIF, Innovations Value share, Innovation Rate as % of Revenue/ Net Sales, Brand Indicators (commercial, financial and brand health)
Qualification, skills and experience required:
University Degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics
Fluent English
MS Office applications, Internet, marketing-specific software
5+ years of related FMCG, commercial, and industry experience, strong financial and business acumen
Decision-making and orientation towards end results; communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, personal agility
