The position
In the position of the Financial Controller, you will be mainly responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis. You will be driving financial controlling strategy and tasks, as well as strategic market analysis and insights within the organisation. You will also be responsible for developing and promoting new innovative tools/technologies.
The scope of your responsibilities will include:
- Budget processes (Anchor Budget and Rolling Estimates);
- Management reporting;
- Monitoring financial performance vs. budgets and forecasts;
- Year-end landing processes;
- Defining & implementing financial control systems;
- Ad-hoc analysis & support to key stakeholders;
- Training & developing relevant colleagues in Financial Controlling, Budgeting, Analysis etc.;
- Participating in cross functional projects, steering committees, tasks forces;
- Providing insights to strategic brands, support launch planning & execution, as well as participating in Price Business Cases (PBCs);
- Generating timely and high-quality business insights in support of Russia & Belarus Leadership Team and LoB; and support sound business decision making.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or business administration (preferably Master’s degree).
You have excellent English verbal & written communication skills, as well as ability to communicate across cultural barriers.
You have experience in financial controlling / budgeting, as well as knowledge within accounting & management reporting systems are preferred.
From the technical perspective, you have PC skills: MS Office (advanced Excel user), SAP-BO.
International experience or education is a plus.
On a personal level, you are good at planning, coordinating & prioritizing activities in order to ensure optimal use of resources in the department, as well as good negotiation, communication & collaboration skills. You are strict to deadlines. You are able to relate to people in a diverse & international environment, to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. You have analytical type of thinking, attention to details and easy learning skills. You demonstrate quick problem-solving capability and ability to work in stressful situations. You are also able to be initiative, innovative and proactive, to work independently and as a part of the team
About the department
You will be a part of Finance Logistics and IT Department. You will report to Finance Controlling Manager.
