We are looking for: a junior recruitment coordinator/sourcer who finds immense satisfaction in finding and attracting exceptional talent. Partners in Performance is looking for an enthusiastic junior recruitment resource to join our growing team in Russia and CIS.
Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, our Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer will:
- Source candidates and map talent for our experienced hire initiatives ·
- Conduct qualifying calls with cold/ warm candidates
- Take part in creating new recruiting initiatives including work on content for social media
- Provide recruitment support including: candidate communication and screening, job postings and recruiting database updates
- Successfully manage all administrative aspects related to recruiting and core team members including scheduling all interviews, providing assistance to the team where needed
- Build and maintain co-operative relationships of trust with recruiting agencies, candidates, interviewers and colleagues at all levels
- Take part in daily, weekly and monthly Recruitment meetings as required and ensure regular reporting updates
- Assist with preparing advert copy and posting adverts to various sites as required and ensure copy and job requirements are current
- Help with the onboarding of new hires.
- Plan and help in the arrangements of local training for employees and campus events
- Assist the PIP Global Recruitment Team/ Leads and broader office-wide projects as required
Key competencies required for the Role:
- 1+ years of recruitment experience or scheduling or sourcing experience in a recruiting agency, in-house recruitment departments, HR departments of international firms
- 1-2+ years of experience managing administrative tasks (organizing meetings, scheduling interviews, event planning, etc.)
- Experience juggling multiple schedules and competing priorities-an organizational guru
- Experience working in a virtual environment – communication is typically by phone and email
- Prior experience of working in a fast paced, demanding environment in a varied role
- Computer literate: intermediate to advanced experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Skype, Zoom and experienced user of different social platforms and channels including LinkedIn
- Excellent Russian is a must and high level of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate at all levels in a bilingual environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in interacting with people and a cheerful nature
- Strong sense of urgency
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Completed high education - Bachelor or Master’s Degree
Added bonus:
- Some exposure to recruitment marketing, brand management /or event planning
- Experience working for a professional services firm
Other Requirements:
- Additional hours may need to be worked at critical periods
- Cross regional travel may be required sometimes
