As a HR Career Advisor, you will be deeply familiar with all open project roles inside Accenture to identify ‘best fit’ internal candidates and fill open roles on time. ?
HR Career Advisor
- Is responsible for project assignments are filled on time.
- Understands demand priorities and details and ensures project & role priorities are accurate in corporate scheduling tools.
- Considers all sourcing channels determined in filling roles (e.g. internal, contractors and new joiners).
- Conducts search for 'best fit' candidates using corporate tools and formal and informal communications.
- Ensures high quality demand data and accuracy of all assignments.
- Proactively collaborates with the team to solve for hard to fill assignments. Addresses fulfillment gaps.
- Works closely with the HR Partner to validate pockets of available skills to optimize utilization.
- HR Career Advisors synchronize with Recruiters on new joiners and their profiles to ensure earlier staffing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Sociology, HR or related experience
- 2 years experience either in consulting role or HR
- 2 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting or talent management background would be preferred
- Experience in project management would be an advantage
- Resource deployment experience in project-oriented companies (e.g. consulting) would be a great match

- Good multi-tasking, stress-resistant and time-management skills
- Comfortable working closely with executive & leadership team members
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

APPLICATION PROCESS
Phone Screening / Digital Interview
You will be invited to complete a short phone screening / digital interview, which you can do at a time and location convenient to you. You’ll need a webcam, either integrated or plug-in on your laptop or PC. This stage of the interview process will cover your understanding of our business and services, and assess your core skills and competencies which are essential to success in the role. Should you be invited to compete the digital interview you will be sent full details on what to expect and how to prepare prior to your interview.
Online Test
The first part of the application process is to complete online testing to look at the extent to which you are able to carry out various aspects of a job; for example, your excel proficiency.
Individual Interview
If you are successful at testing and interview stage, you will then be invited to attend a 1:1 interviews (online or offline).
