Due to successful growth we are looking for a Managing consultant (Technical Sales team).
The Role:
Client Management:
- Interaction with existing and potential clients by making outbound calls, sending CVs for open vacancies or with the aim of business development, client meetings appointment, participation in exhibitions, conferences and other business events
- Leading clients meetings, clients consulting on the search methodology, salaries level, labor market trends
Candidate management:
- Choosing the most effective sources for the candidates search, receiving the CVs, arranging face-to-face or video interviews
- Interviewing and thoroughly pre-screening candidates in terms of Company standards and clients’ requirements
- Candidates assessment, coaching on interview skills, expectations management and consulting on further career development
- Providing information to candidates on clients, open vacancy, specifics of interviewing process within the client, as well as giving prompt feedback on every step of the process
- Staying in touch with the candidates aiming to growing own professional network
Team management and people development:
- Setting up goals for consultants and control of their execution on a regular basis, control of KPIs achievement
- People development, including on-job training, trainings on how to lead client meetings and make sales of the Company’s services
- Teaching and control of the compliance by Consultants of the standards of work, including interviewing techniques, candidates motivation assessment, managing expectations, counter-offer management, evaluation of candidates match to client’s expectations, business development techniques
- Holding regular team and face to face meetings
- Maintaining positive team spirit and productive atmosphere
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, client service, sales or in client industry
- Sales and business development experience
- English and Russian – good enough to hold interviews and business negotiating; other languages as a plus
- Excellent sales & communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Project management skills
- Self-motivated and stress resistant
