??????Responsibilities:
- Operating consumer research services inside of Hyundai RHQ and HMCIS regarding all brands (Hyundai & Genesis) and services (Mobility), providing all teams and departments with relevant consumer insights;
- Analyzing of global competition structure changes, monitoring regional situation in terms of consumer preferences;
- Setting launch model strategy considering new car strengths & weaknesses and market opportunities & threats among competition;
- Providing direction and guidelines for new model launch communication in terms of product USPs, strengths and opportunities;
- Dissemination of new car launch strategies and operations of a consultative body for implementation and related sectors;
- Analyzing new car launch performance and draw insights that can be used in next model development, building up product portfolio with HQ;
- Tracking price elasticity and sensitivity for Hyundai & Genesis models in total market and relevant segments;
- Setting mid-long term brand strategy by analyzing BTS data;
- Monitoring brand health status, providing direction and guidelines for brand or model communication, participating in developing and adjusting of local campaigns and adaptation of global campaigns;
- Monitoring of global and regional consumer trends in the category; revealing consumer needs, analyzing regional market, company and consumers drivers and barriers for implementation of future and current trends;
- Delivering “voice of consumer” for all related departments, providing consumer and market insights based on available sources of information (desk, syndicate, global and local, tracking and ad hoc studies, including NCBS, HIS, BTS, etc);
- Developing and updating on request target audience segmentation;
- Putting target audience segment needs and expectations in relevance to product USPs to develop tailored communication to each segment for each product.
Requirements:
- Higher education (economic, psychology, sociology, marketing, market research are preferable);
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing research and analytics (in brand marketing or market research team);
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience in consumer research projects development and implementation both in qualitative and quantitative methods, business analytics and KPI's reporting within international companies with complex process;
- Good knowledge of advanced statistic analysis and modelling is a plus;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office, SPSS, MS Project);
- English: Upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Attention to details combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines;
- Initiative and proactive approach is a must;

- Good communication and organizational skills, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette.
