OVERVIEW
Digital Marketing Manager works together with Marketing Director and other Marketing Managers to develop innovative territory digital strategy and new marketing solutions for online campaigns. It also includes development of non-standard creative projects and participation in various creative explorations around special digital projects.
Digital Marketing Manager reports to Marketing Director based in Moscow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•HO digital strategy localization and adaptation for territory usage
•Development of local digital campaigns based on HO strategies and guidelines
•Daily communication with HO representatives responsible for digital media campaigns
•Coordination of key digital campaign initiatives with approved media agency. Quality check-ins on planned metrics delivery
•Identify best campaign marketing solutions for studio’s properties
•Development of special projects and non-standard activations with key media partners
•Maintain corporate websites
•Basic technical skillset to maintain some of the static creatives and flash-banners localization process
•Create presentations and requested reports on marketing campaign’s performance
•Provide regular update and administrative control for corporate B2B platforms to distribute official materials
•Conceptual creative development for social media activations
•Participation in development of marketing campaigns for local acquisitions
•Marketing documents workflow
ABOUT YOU
•Experience of working in International companies on similar roles not less than 2 years
•Technical skills: programming, ability to develop a website of intermediate level, design static and flash banners
•Interest in foreign and local films, broad-minded in the internet world
•Good communication skills
•Negotiation skills
•Strong Project management skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to navigate through a complex, matrix business and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
•Higher education. Degree in Marketing and/or digital technologies
•Perfect understanding of media landscape and key market media publishers
•Understanding of pixel integration for data analysis; working knowledge of CSS; knowledge of HTML5
•Understanding of CMS and backend admin access for data/ftp/audio video file uploads
•Understanding of big data and must know how to work with API integration processes into sites and partner sites/ for work with exhibitors and online ticketing providers
•Understanding of principles of creating and promoting digital content online through social media YT/Instagram/Facebook, etc.
•Understanding new development trends of global internet
•Knowledge of blogs keeping and interest in viral marketing
•Knowledge of machine learning concepts, as well as new digital technologies including VR, AR
•Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
•Effective written and communication skills of modern Russian language, ability to write texts for placement on the website, editing skills
