We are looking for people to join Seller Operations Team. Our target is to grow local (RU) sellers’ business on AliExpress marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage projects to improve SME sellers’ performance (= increase RU local sellers’ sales);
- Continuously explore the platform, collect sellers’ feedback and generate creative ideas on how to improve their experience;
- Provide account management and support to key sellers;
- Prepare educational materials;
- Provide support to online chat agents;
- Data analysis and weekly reporting for responsible projects;
- and a lot more ;)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of basic e-commerce concepts;
- Project management skills;
- Experience in account management is a plus;
- Ability to analyze information and optimize business processes;
- Talent to learn fast and surf between projects;
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy, positive mindset and friendliness;
- Enthusiasm and ownership are your best friends;
- Fluent English is a must.
