Role: Talent Growth Lead / Development Platform Product Manger
Teammates need a growth platform with culture and professional education and tests, as well as 360 feedback loops to align and develop the culture and skills of teammates from 10+ nationalitions.
Functions (vary for HRD/P):
- Test teammates on culture deck and must read books to encourage learning.
- Develop education programs across units to ensure teammates know the frontiers of their profession.
- Facilitate onboarding and reduce defensiveness of newcomers to candid feedback. Make clear that the only reason why startups should exist is their greater culture solving the principal-agent problem better.
- Build 360 feedback loops encouraging to grow and discouraging low standards and tacit covering. Realtime.
- Backlog priorities - develop well-defined hypotheses and test them preferably with no-code tools.
- Develop an internal talent growth platform integrated into our operational system.
- Manage developers and content.
- Ensure we are an "Olympic team", not amateurs.
- Set Culture immediately penalize agency - excuse seeking, covering, free riding, ego, blurring tasks or performance. Reward generously principals for putting clients first and challenge for creative overachievements generously. Be a great example of a principal.
Requirements - have at least 5 out of 6:
- Champion results in the character and CV - must.
- Agile startup experience.
- Robust reasoning to structure counterintuitive entropy.
- Professional belt: 3+ years in tech team trainings.
- Product management experience is a plus.
- Culture fit: challenge teammates to be the best in the profession.
