WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We need a CMO to own and manage all our client acquisition efforts, execute A/B testing, spreadsheet reporting, and contribute to our marketing vision.
As a CMO you will:
- Oversee digital marketing strategies/execution with a focus on new customer acquisition, revenue, and retention.
- Create a comprehensive targeting strategy through strong organizational skills.
- Create and act on media buying strategies that create product awareness as well as drive qualified leads. Experience in programmatic advertising is a requirement
- Develop monthly media plans allocating budget to scalable channels of acquisition and revenue.
- Manage agency partners to ensure key business needs are being properly translated into digital activities and target KPI’s are being met (Conversion Rate, Click Thru Rate, Cost Per Acquisition, ROI).
- Leverage key insights and analysis to develop consistent reporting views.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize digital media and prepare recommendations.
- Implement optimization plans at bidding, keyword, placement, publisher, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including experts, product marketers, operations, and client teams to deploy marketing efforts.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of testing methodology specifically a/b testing and landing page optimization.
- Manage content creation, distribution and SEO strategy
- Oversee internal monetization including CRO, email marketing, SMM and direct outreach.

- Profound understanding of media buying:
Our business thrives from good media buying. You should have experience drafting, testing, and deploying new ads to deliver high engagement, click rates, and revenue results. These ads are a high impact on our business and we need ownership of performance
- Successful experience with conversion rate optimization
Look. You might have great opinions of what works and does not, but if you are not talking numbers with us, it is going to be hard for us to understand you. You must be someone who gets a high out of doing data analysis for your decisions. You know your average Cost Per Registration and Click-through rates like the back of your hands. We expect that you already know how to work with funnels, hooks, upsells, downsells,
bumps, creatives and how to change them based on what data tells you. Yes, it’s a little intense, but that should excite you...
This is an absolute must in this position. You need to be very comfortable using
spreadsheets to analyze your team’s marketing performance such as ad spend, CPMs, clicks, and conversions. Our tomorrow’s marketing should be dependent on yesterday's statistics. Can you articulate results and report them to leaders and marketing stakeholders?
- Direct Marketing Funnel Experience
Our campaign funnels provide quick indications of success or failure. Having experience with marketing funnels will allow you to quickly test and provide recommendations on strategies to improve your marketing performance.

You have to be highly competitive, enjoy figuring things out on your own, and have the type of personality that’s relentless when faced with a challenge. Role Requirements:
- 7+ years of digital media experience with a keen focus on media buying, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
- General understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- The ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently is a must!
- Must have outstanding communication skills and be willing to strategically collaborate across executives
- Comfortable analyzing and making decisions based on campaign performance data.
- Expertise in creating and executing key reports and activities out of multiple data tables
- Knowledge of best-in-class analytic systems (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Adwords, etc)
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team of media buyers, CROs and content creators
