We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Account Manager for a dynamically growing US-based logistics company to assist our customers (businesses) with various requests when using our shipping services.
Responsibilities
— Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or phone
— Help customers throughout the shipping process: book shipments, schedule pickups, consult customers about shipping-related questions
— Identify customer needs and help customers use shipping software
— Set up new accounts, manage customers’ billing plans
— Update our internal databases with relevant information about the customers
— Ensure timely invoice payments reaching out to customers via email or phone
— Register incoming leads in CRM
— Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
— Keep record of your work using Excel reports, present the reports to the management summing up the results and letting them know about the progress
— Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
— Inform customers about new features and functionalities
— Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Requirements
— Experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Account Manager or similar CS role
— Excellent written and spoken English is a must – you will be communicating in English only both with management and customers
— Ability to think logically, problem-solving skills
— Decent understanding of mathematics – nothing too complicated but you must be able to calculate percentages, understand customers’ billing plans and invoices
— Good knowledge of email and telephone etiquette, ability to communicate with customers in a polite and friendly manner
— Ability to explain things to customers in an easy-to-understand way
— Urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
— Ability to plan your weekly tasks, multi-tasking
— Experience using internal company databases or software
— Advanced PC user, basic knowledge of Excel
— Familiarity with logistics industry is a plus but we are ready to teach a candidate who is new to this field and meets all other requirements
Working Conditions
— Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 00:00 Moscow time zone / 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (US time zone)
— Starting salary - 7$/hour
— Paid VPN and other compensations

— Flexible schedule, days off can be granted upon request
— English-speaking environment
