Мы в поисках профессионала в нашу команду на позицию HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (GLOBAL).
Вакансию размещаем на английском языке, т.к. для нас важен уверенный уровень английского языка. Должность предполагает активное взаимодействие с англоговорящими коллегами и передачу экспертизы в другие страны.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Manage, develop, and coordinate the comprehensive portfolio of training programs at Cofix Global
• Manage New Store Opening Team (consisting of core Trainers and auxiliary team members) and related processes (recruitment, scheduling, etc.)
• Exercise responsibility the for oversight of training platform and continuous improvement of training and education delivery
• Develop a global training system that is scalable, modular, and quickly deployable in new markets
• Continuously assess internal skill levels and training requirements; institute remediatory actions when gaps or weaknesses are identified
• Remain up-to-date with respect to educational services, trends, techniques, and technologies
• Develop, in coordination with HR staff, an indoctrination program for corporate employees
• Develop and refine, in coordination with HR and Operations, onboarding protocols for store-level employees
• Assist CHRO and CBDO in the development of a recruitment and training pipeline for Cofix’s franchise subscription model
• Coordinate with Operations staff to implement store-level motivation processes
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT & RECRUITMENT
• Manage team of T&D, Education, and Engagement personnel and take responsibility for their continued development
• Prepare KPIs for team members and continuously assess performance to ensure subordinates are meeting performance standards
• Assist in the assembly of local training teams in new countries and regions
• Participate with Cofix recruitment staff, on an as-needed basis, in the mass recruitment process
EDUCATION
• Manage and continuously develop organizational programs such as COFIX START and COFIX UNIVERSITY to ensure that store-level educational needs are met and organizational KPIs are achieved
• Develop and manage a professional development program (including assessment apparatus) for corporate employees, focusing on success planning and cross-training in addition to individual skill development
• Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other departments to create an editorial calendar for regular content creation
• Create an ecosystem of subject matter experts who create content regularly through answering questions, delivering AMAs or participating in interviews, and participating in other ways (webinars, long form posts) to help our employees continue to upskill and advance
• Serve as the “program manager” of COFIX WIKI, ensuring that content is continuously added, meets our editorial standards, and that articles are properly categorized and submitted for translation
ENGAGEMENT
• Develop internal engagement opportunities to promote learning and team-building among corporate and store-level staff
• Oversee process for securing and/or participating in non-strategic sponsorships and collaborations for events and projects with the aim of spreading awareness of the Cofix brand and employment opportunities, and to generate goodwill and closeness with our customers (including competitions and other industry-related events)
• Serve as an “HR evangelist” to reinforce the notion of Cofix as an employer of choice among current employees and potential candidates
• Plan and coordinate regular in-person social events to bring together Cofix employees and members of the public for opportunities of learning and collaboration • Develop and manage online engagement programs, such as webinars, interviews, and general-interest/”life hack” educational programs for employees and members of the public• Engage with Instagram or other social Influencers, as appropriate, to investigate possible collaborations that might serve to boost the public profile of Cofix as a company and/or an employer of choice
• Build and nurture relationships with external organizations and notable individuals with an aim to create future opportunity for collaboration
• Explore ways in which to expand Cofix’s relationships within our existing customer base to build rapport, make new connections, increase our visibility, and generate new opportunities
• Monitor Cofix community-related interactions on major social media platforms and review sites (especially as related to employment brand and training), and work with other departments to ensure that all comments and/or discussions are responded to in a timely manner or escalated internally where needed
REQUIREMENTS• Bachelors degree or equivalent in training & development, HR, psychology, education, business, or any other related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a training & development or corporate education capacity • Experience in an operation with a large number of stores or points in F&B/QSR, retail, telecom, or other applicable customer-facing segments
• English fluency is required at the C1 level or above• Experience in leading a team and inspiring results
• Experience in driving employee engagement
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, peers, employees, and management
• Takes a high degree of ownership over their work
• Willingness to take calculated risks and experiment – a passion for exploring new paradigms and challenging the status quo
