This role in Dostavista Global implies specialization in pricing strategies - an area that requires big responsibility and the ability to make quick data-driven decisions with high impact. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in an exciting and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:

Design and interpret key metrics to deliver insights and recommendations to the Product team, through tools, analytics, and market research

Organize and control daily key metrics monitoring process done by Local teams in countries and HQ

Define and improve business processes related to new product ideation, financial impact evaluation, planning, prioritization, go-to-market, success measurement

Ensure a continuous Couriers and Customers feedback loop

Use data-driven insights to identify areas of emerging product opportunities and risks
-
Work closely with operations stakeholders, product marketing, and sales teams to collect, prioritize and communicate product-related initiatives

Drive large and sophisticated initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success

Use strategic pricing methodologies as well as competitive pricing analysis to drive recommendations for our Local business

Develop a view on promotions and discounts that drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty

Establish and maintain a central knowledge base detailing our pricing structure for all Local teams in different countries

Write release notes for all major updates in pricing module of the System
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Project Management/Product Management/Data Analytics
- Experience of defining process improvements
- Extensive knowledge of product tools and techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to distill large volumes of data into digestible and actionable insights
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Tableau, Mydbr, Pipedrive, Google analytics, amplitude would be a plus
- At least an Intermediate level of English
