As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be working within the Eastern Europe HR team. You will collaborate with senior business managers from the Regional sites on a broad variety of HR-related issues and projects. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will act as the key point of contact for managers in these regions. You will work closely with the VP HR and wider HR team in the development and delivery of the people strategy in true business partner style. You will share knowledge with the wider team, acting as a mentor to support the development of fellow ambitious colleagues. This support includes leading the implementation of core HR field initiatives regarding the culture, engagement, succession planning, talent development, as well as HR processes and training.
· Ensure the HR support to the Russian Sales Co Business: develop, manage, coordinate, and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Country specific administration of day-to-day tasks.
· Provides HR solutions support, process knowledge, advice and consultation to line management. Provides tools and information to support effective delivery of HR services and processes.
· Conduct and coordinate multiple HR projects.
· Gather and analyze HR and client feedback and diagnoses business / people issues to collaborate with local management in developing and implementing solutions.
· Support organization design, people development and change management focused on development and implementation of activities against business strategy.
· Coordinate employee's appraisal process.
· Participate in designing and implementing training and development programs. Cooperate with external consulting companies. Organize local trainings; optimize the investment (optimal use of public funds).
· Staffing/recruiting in cooperation with our Team and local agencies (applicant flow, pre-employment, interviews, on-boarding for personnel, students, and temporary employees).
· Recruit the best talents and organize for them the needed induction plan.
· Manage the annual salary review process and collaborate with payroll to ensure the correct information about salary or benefit changes. Administers workers compensation and all related documentation.
· Supports the performance review program.
· Maintains Database for personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
· Collaborate with ESH to insure the legal requirements in terms of trainings and medical programs
· Facilitates client compliance with HR policy and coaches clients on company values and behaviors as required.
Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of Generalist/HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple local and remote customers. Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, change management, organizational development, and other strategic people initiatives in the gaming industry or with a product development group.
· Prior experience working for a large corporation.
· Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact. Ability to quickly learn new skills, systems, and procedures – adaptable.
· Experience with creating lasting change through the use of intentional organizational design and development practices.
· Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship.
· Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills. Ability to establish and sustain relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
· Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or another related field required.
· High level of English and other languages as nice to have (Polish and Hungarian).
· Demonstrated working knowledge of HR related employee law and regulations for Russia.
· Superior customer service orientation, rigorous, responsive and great sense of confidentiality. Ethics and Compliance.
· Able to manage projects and execute on action plans.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (as Workday).
