Our client is a world leader in the production of medical equipment and software for the treatment of cancer and other diseases using radiation therapy, radiosurgery, proton therapy and brachytherapy is looking for Software Sales Specialist Russia & CIS/Product Expert
Key responsibilities:
- Handles sales of Software solutions products and services
- Relied on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales
- Aligns with the local teams and where appropriate distributors, to ensure a comprehensive customer relationship management approach
- Respond as well as identify opportunities and work with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close sales
- Work closely with the wider software sales team and marketing to feedback local needs from the field
- Must be able to demonstrate product functionality
- Articulate value proposition of product lines, integration with other solutions, and answer technical product specifications
- Provide forecasts on a regular basis as required by the business
- Ensures a deep technical and clinical knowledge of Company’s software systems post-onboard training with continued self-learning. Maintains proficient user level of products
- Where appropriate advice on potential new products to further optimize or enhance the clinical workflow (up-sell)
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma as a professional Radiographer, Medical Physicist or Biomedical Engineer
- Professional experience in the radio-oncology/general oncology field
- Fully qualified, experienced professional; early mid-level sales manager and or technical sales specialist
- Radiation therapy treatment planning and dosimetry background an advantage, physics experience and knowledge, industry specific product knowledge for Specialists demonstrating product lines such as TPS (Treatment Planning Systems) but also OIS (Oncology Information Systems)
- High degree of Customer Focus
- Good understanding of oncology customers, their requirements & clinical challenges faced during implementation & adoption of our products
- Upper-intermediate English
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory - approximately 60 – 70%
