We are opening a new ambitious direction in our company and are looking for a Product Manager. You have a chance to start with us in the very beginning!
YAY.games is a fully decentralized Gaming Marketplace with an innovative in-game mining system for network participants while playing games in a fully decentralized manner.
On our platform, participants can earn crypto from: in-game mining, farming, trading.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a product manager and team management;

Love for analysis, flexible thinking, ability to take responsibility, make decisions;

The skill of forming a vision of product development;
-
English language - C1-C2;
-
Simple programming knowledge;
-
Experience with blockchain and gaming;
-
Experience in starting projects from scratch is desirable;
-
Knowledge github, cryptocurrency, blockchain architecture - as an advantage.
Tasks:

Selection of the team;

Be responsible for the product and the strategy for bringing the product to market;

Organization of work on the product together with the team;

Generation of ideas, innovative solutions and introduction of new technologies;

Analysis of products for the possibility of expanding their functional properties;

Identifying and prioritizing user needs.
