Channel Representatives play a key role in growing business for Dell Technologies. Assigned to specialize in a particular market, they’re responsible for all sales activities at a dedicated partner site. From developing new accounts to expanding existing ones, they’re champions of our game-changing products and services. Join us as an Inside Partner Account Manager on our Channel team in Moscow to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Partner Account Manager, you will drive demand and revenue with our channel partners, provide support to the field sales teams, cover strategy and execution and focus on new and existing accounts.
You will:
• Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities across all business solutions
• Perform outbound sales activities and sales qualifications, offering extensions to existing and new customers
• Interfaces between the partner and Dell teams to ensure that service level agreements are met and any channel conflict is resolved across the sales cycle
• Leads quoting efforts for partner-led opportunities, drives post-deal activities and ensure system pipeline accuracy

Essential Requirements
• up to 4-5 years of experience working in a dynamic sales environment. A good chance for junior specialists!!
• Solid understanding of Dell’s technology solutions, as well as industry trends and competition
• Focus on customers and positive results
• Excellent communications skills (spoken English is required) and ability to maintain composure and calm under stress
