AdQuantum is a team of professionals engaged in the promotion of mobile applications. The company was founded in November 2016. Nowadays it ranks among the companies with the best expertise in worldwide mobile marketing. Our clients are mobile application developers with positive unit economics who are included in the top 100 list in the App Store and Google Play. Among them you can find such companies as My.com, BetterMe, Genesis, Radish, Nekki, Cinnamon Games, Bigo, IQ Option, Easy Ten, and many others.
Currently we are looking for a business development manager who will deal exclusively with foreign clients.
Responsibilities:

Searching and evaluation of foreign mobile app and game developers: Sensortower, apptopia, telegram, app store, advertising

Searching for decision makers contact info: Linkedin / Sales Navigator / Snov.IO (corporate paid subscriptions)
-
Working with sales funnel: identifying customer needs and reaching out to relevant contact
-
Pitching a client on a call, building the internal project team and closing the deal, launching project with the project team
-
Personal participation in online and offline events (exhibitions, conferences, lectures, webinars)

Working with the client base in amoCRM
Requirements:

Fluent English C2 (interview is conducted in English). Additional foreign language would be an advantage

High level of energy, self-sufficiency and mindfulness
-
Experience in B2B performance marketing services sales

Good understanding of performance marketing. Understanding of mobile apps performance marketing would be an advantage
-
Understanding of mobile apps and games industry
