Currently to our Moscow office we are seeking Key Account Manager (E-commerce channel, major client Wildberries) to join our Sales Team. The objective of the role is to achieve sales volume and revenue targets with designated Accounts, Manage sales budgets and ensure maximized presence at retail, smooth cooperation by account. Provide support for sales representatives when needed.
Main Tasks:
- Forecast/plan, sell and sustain volumes to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual shipment targets. Be accountable for the plans that have been put in place by account;
- Effectively plan and control profitability of designated accounts in line with business potential and sales budgets;
- Effect store audits in order to be fully aware of the in-store status of our products;
- Secure full distribution of company categories and items in all accounts in line with potential and brand strategies;
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure effective and compatible planning, control and implementation of account trade marketing fund to maximize shipment opportunities and increase sales to customers and consumers;
- Develop a strong business relationship with accounts key personnel and be able to influence their decisions;
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of account and Russian toy market dynamics;
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, Develop and execute KA plans and strategies to meet sales objectives;
- Manage Accounts receivable together with Russian finance team;
- Think creatively and be a source of new ideas, utilize written recommendations and management meetings to convey ideas that will benefit sales of Mattel brands. Exercise sound judgment in managing business;
- Be fully conversant with the latest computer technology and make full use of it in dealing with the account. Adequate and up-to-date records should be maintained;
- Work closely with staff internally to ensure successful relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 1,5 years sales Key / National account experience with an FMCG organization;
- Experience in work with e-commerce channel is a plus;
- English - intermediate / upper-intermediate level.
