Role: Director Customer Success Rate
Role Mission: Clients are satisfied with the experience on LATOKEN, the satisfaction rate is growing, the churn rate is decreasing and client acquisition is constantly increasing.
Main performance number: Number of aquired traders.
Second performance number: Client satisfaction rate 95%+.
Third performance number: Churn rate below 10%.
Functions:• Compliance : Generate customer development ideas around customers complaints and unexpected user-cases. Ensure compliant customer access by doing KYC checks
• Troubleshooting : Coordinate issues resolution with product, marketing & technical departments
• QA : Quality assurance: test platform
• Respond : Decrease response and resolution time to the best industry level
• Control : Control performance of customer success managers
Requirement skills and experience: Required: 2+ years of trading experience.
Experience in automating business processes. Experience in account management or sales and in customer support or in managing customers feedback. Customer orientation, desire to improve the customer journey CJM.
Fluent English.
Will be a strong plus: Ability to successfully problem solve under time pressure in a high-paced environment.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain. Skills in python and SQL. Experience in marketing, in Data studio, in Zendesk.
