PineAqua is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager, with a willing to work in a new sales and lead our commercial project - Extvolat, that is an innovative natural raw material that is applied in such areas as the cosmetic industry, pharmacology and production of functional drinks.
Your main focus will be on generating quality leads for enterprise sales, coordinating sales process, developing and maintaining partnerships with international business partners.
The ideal candidate is looking for great opportunity for personal professional growth in international sales, ready to work hard to promote unique national product for an export, is result driven and has already a succes experience of sales results, preferably in the b2b sales. We seek for a person who has the affinity to cosmetic market, fluently communicate in English and Russian, and describes him/herself as responsible, driven, commercial minded, customer focused and a great team player.
Responsibilities:
Generate and develop quality leads for enterprise sales.
Approaches customers directly (also by cold calling) in order to make them interested in our products, build database of potential clients and brand awareness.
Coordinate sales process internally and act as a point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
Initiate and handle all needed arrangements in order to finalize requested proposals, gather customers’ commitment for the order and close the deal.
Monitor the enterprise sales and market and actively seeks sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain regional partnerships with local and international business partners.
Represent PineAqua on external events, conferences and business meetings. Nearest big event will be in October 2021 in Barcelona - "In-Cosmetics Global 2021".
Requirements:
B2B experience in sales position.
Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented, and a passion for closing sales deals.
Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients.
Russian, fluent in English (C level).
Customer focus, integrity, passion for excellence and team work are your key values.
Work conditions:
Employment agreement.
Full time job for 40 hours per week.
