Currently we are looking for a Treasury and Accounts Receivable Manager professional who will be responsible for keeping and interpreting financial records.

Main Responsibilities
- Leading team of 2 people;
- Treasury processes management: cash flow, bank contracts and tariffs, intercompany netting, loans, cash flow forecasting and reporting: making treasury processes efficient, reduction of costs, management of access rights to banking tools and Power of attorney issuance;
- Payment process: Payment calendar, approvals;
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for related Treasury and Currency Control areas;
- Portfolio credit risks assessment and credit limit calculation, providing recommendations for managing risks, cash collection and recovering. Managing relations with insurers, 3rd party agencies and customers, stakeholders’ expectations, dunning, disputes etc;
- Credit committee for VC, Sx franchises: preparation, leading, meeting minutes preparation;
- Regular collaboration with the insurance company related to AR insurance policy: credit limits negotiation, financials, monthly declaration, policy renewal etc.;
- Month end closing activities: Posting finalization, GLs balance reconciliation, Bad Debt Provision calculation, Reporting schedules, SOX controls execution, KPI;
- Back up operational work: Blocked sales orders release, Account receivables aging, bank statement posting
Background and experiences
- Higher Finance Education;
- At least 5 years' experience;
- Team management experience;
- Operational competencies: process excellence, problem solving, relationship management;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
Intermediate + language is a must
